Terms and Conditions of “Store Credit”:
· Upon successful member registration with us, you are entitled to 1 Store Credit per HK$100 spent at Ojalá Jewellery.
· All members are also entitled to 100 Store Credits every year on his/her birthday. These Birthday Store Credits will expire in 30 days from the date of issuance.
· The value of 1 Store Credit equals to the value of HK$1 and can be redeemed when you make purchase at Ojalá Jewellery.
· Store Credit (except Birthday Store Credits) is valid for 365 days from the date it is issued. Any unused Store Credit will not be redeemable after 365 days.
· Store Credit is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
· Store Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and discount.
· If an order made using Store Credit is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the Store Credit will be restored to your account only.
